Refund requests are accepted only if the order is cancelled before dispatch or reported within 48 hours of delivery in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method. Customers must provide valid order and transaction details while requesting refunds.
Refunds are not applicable for used products, items damaged due to misuse, or requests made beyond the allowed time period. Clearance or special sale items may not be eligible unless defective.
