Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
After approval, the product must be returned via our logistics partner as instructed.
Used, damaged, or late-reported items are not eligible. Clearance items may not qualify unless defective.
